Directors are expected to attend 3 general meetings of the Board, to be held every 4 months. Directors serve 1-year terms, with a maximum of 5 terms. The general meetings schedule and term limits must be adopted in the official Bylaws at the first general meeting of the Board.
The Board of Directors is expected to address the following:
-What mix of services achieves the best results for the people we serve?
-What can we do to raise the maximum amount of money?
-How can we most efficiently use the money we raise?
-What are the best marketing strategies to reach the greatest number of women?
-What are the best ways to expand the corporation nationwide and globally?
-What can the corporation do to empower women so that abortion ceases to be a viable choice?
-How can the corporation reveal to the world the truth of abortion?
-What can the corporation do to reduce unintended pregnancy?
